New Adoption Regulations : abolition of panel

The Regulations implementing the Family Justice Review recommendations on adoption panels have now been laid before Parliament.  They come into force on 1 September 2012.  Arrangements are being made for the revised statutory adoption guidance to be made available on the Department’s website.  A formal announcement to local authorities of the Regulations and revised guidance(…)
