Family Law Ethics Seminar
The FLBA will co-host a Family Law Ethics Seminar with the Bar Council on 8th March 2017 at 7 Bedford Row focussing on all aspects of family law practice. Further details will follow shortly.
Cumberland Lodge Conference
This year’s Cumberland Lodge Conference will take place on the weekend of Friday 5 to Sunday 7 May 2017. Further details to follow.
The FLBA will co-host a 1 day Brexit Seminar together with Resolution and the International Academy of Family Lawyers (‘IAFL’) on Monday 26 June at the offices of Charles Russell Speechlys (preceded by a reception on the Sunday evening). Further details will follow in due course.

Wilberforce Trust Litigation Day
The Fifth Annual Wilberforce Trust Litigation Day will take place on Monday 30 January from 9.30am to 5.30pm. It will look at topical issues in the trust world through a series of talks and workshops from leading trust experts. This year, The Honourable Mr Justice Mostyn is the guest speaker and he will be presenting ‘Variation of Nuptial Settlements: A view from Court 50’.
