This year the Bracewell Essay Prize was awarded jointly to two oustanding essays, from Elliw Roberts (St John’s Buildings) and Simon Rowbotham. Congratulations to both!

The Essay title set for entrants was: To be…or not to be at risk?  Are the Courts protecting children appropriately from the likelihood of future significant harm?

Elliw’s essay was published in the Spring 2012 Family Affairs but due to space limitations Simon’s will appear in the next issue.
